Our client is a growth-oriented CPA firm seeking a Tax Manager to oversee complex tax engagements, develop client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. This individual will play a key role in delivering strategic tax solutions across a diverse client base while contributing to the firm’s collaborative and high-performing culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review and preparation of complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
  • Manage client engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide strategic tax planning, including estimating liabilities and identifying tax-saving opportunities.
  • Analyze entity structures and assess tax implications across related organizations.
  • Research complex tax issues and deliver clear, actionable guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with evolving federal, state, and local tax regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of tax experience within public accounting.
  • CPA license or eligibility required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and compliance requirements.
