Our client is an innovative bio-tech company looking for a Financial Systems Manager to own their NetSuite Admin and financial systems. Supporting Accounting and Finance day-to-day, lead system enhancements, manage integrations, and own finance technology projects in partnership with IT, FP&A, and external consultants.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own NetSuite as the system administrator, including configuration, enhancements, integrations, and overall system performance
  • Lead post-implementation optimization with a strong focus on automating manual processes and improving efficiency across close, reporting, and core finance workflows
  • Drive the roadmap for financial systems improvements, prioritizing high-impact initiatives such as revenue recognition, reporting, and scalability
  • Manage and execute system enhancements and projects, partnering with IT, FP&A, and external consultants to deliver on time and within scope
  • Build and enhance reporting capabilities through dashboards, KPIs, and automation to enable real-time, data-driven decision making
  • Ensure data integrity, internal controls, and audit readiness while supporting a growing, multi-entity environment
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, improve processes, and support evolving finance and operational needs

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience, including post-implementation optimization and automation
  • Proven ability to automate manual workflows and scale financial systems
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end close processes
  • Hands-on experience building workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and system integrations in NetSuite
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
