Jennifer is a Senior Director at Truity Partners.

Jen is a senior leader with Truity Partners, where she has spent the past 20 years specializing in the placement of high-level accounting and finance consultants. Her focus spans roles from Senior Accountant through CFO, with deep expertise in the Minnesota market as well as extensive experience supporting interim national searches.

With a background in Business and Public Relations, Jen brings a consultative, relationship-driven approach to recruiting—grounded in listening, learning each client’s unique needs, and delivering thoughtful, long-term talent solutions. She partners closely with both clients and consultants throughout the full lifecycle of an engagement, ensuring strong alignment from initial discovery through successful placement.

Jen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where she competed as a four-year collegiate tennis athlete—an experience that helped shape her disciplined, team-oriented approach.

In addition to her professional work, Jen is actively involved in the community and has served as a Middleton United Youth Soccer Coach since 2024.

Specific experience  

• Partners closely with hiring leaders to navigate both expected and unexpected staffing events, including system conversions and implementations, regulatory and compliance changes (Sarbanes, ACA, COVID-related impacts), business transactions (divestitures, acquisitions, integrations), medical leaves and FMLA scenarios, and periods of rapid growth or contraction—delivering practical recommendations and consultant solutions to support internal teams.
• Supported organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, nonprofit, higher education, software, private equity, REITs, and financial services.
• Recruits and places interim accounting and finance professionals—from staff-level roles through CFO leadership—across multiple industries.
• Collaborates with companies on all aspects of recruiting and workforce strategy, including succession planning, market and compensation trends, remote and hybrid workforce considerations, employee engagement and retention, and leadership development.
