Our client is an organization in the Minneapolis area that’s looking for a Senior Associate. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, organized, and independent. This company offers a collaborative culture, flexibility, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $105K – $110K.

 

The Senior Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage fund distributions, capital calls, and related investor accounting
  • Reconcile fund activity and oversee allocations across funds and investment vehicles
  • Prepare quarterly investor statements, partner capital reports, and tax reporting support
  • Support investor onboarding, carried interest programs, and partner inquiries
  • Maintain accounting for leverage programs and GP allocations
  • Oversee investor distributions, capital calls, and related accounting activities
  • Improve accounting processes, controls, reporting, and technology solutions

 

The Senior Associate will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably involving alternative investments, partnership accounting, and limited partner reporting
  • Advanced Excel and partnership accounting software skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proactive team player who effectively manages multiple priorities and deadlines
