Sr/VP Asset Management
Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for a VP of Asset Management. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, with excellent communication and leadership skills. This company offers a collaborative culture, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is onsite.
The salary for this position is $90K – $150K.
The VP of Asset Management will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managed portfolio performance through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance reporting.
- Executed asset strategies to maximize value through revenue optimization, refinancing evaluations, and portfolio planning.
- Partnered with property management teams to develop, review, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Oversaw capital projects and asset improvement initiatives, including budget management and stakeholder communication.
- Managed lender compliance, loan administration, reporting requirements, and real estate tax matters.
- Conducted property inspections and operational reviews, recommending actions to enhance asset performance.
- Supported acquisitions, dispositions, and partner relations through due diligence, transaction oversight, and stakeholder communication.
The VP of Asset Management will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, portfolio management, financial underwriting, and fund management.
- Technical skills such as Python, Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel/VBA, and ARGUS
- Detailed oriented self-starter with managerial skills
- Smart, energetic, team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Strong organizational and time management skills
