Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Vice President. Our client is looking for someone with 12+ years of experience, with excellent communication and leadership skills. This company offers a collaborative culture, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is onsite.

 

The salary for this position is $225K – $275K.

 

The Senior Vice President will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • Serve as the strategic financial advisor providing insight on financial performance and business strategy.
  • Lead accounting, finance, FP&A, and internal control functions, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, capital planning, and risk management.
  • Deliver financial reporting, analysis, and scenario modeling to support executive decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Evaluate and oversee capital investments, including new locations, remodels, technology upgrades, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with corporate leadership on enterprise-wide financial reporting, governance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with auditors and other external financial stakeholders.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance and accounting teams focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

 

The Senior Vice President will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading division-level accounting and finance organizations within a larger corporate or publicly traded environment
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented
  • Results driven with a strong business acumen
