Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for a Plant Controller. This company is looking for someone with 7+ years of experience, who is analytical, and an excellent leader. This company provides a collaborative culture, flexibility, and a strong, tenured team. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this job is $110K – $150K.

 

The Plant Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide financial support and strategic guidance to plant management and operational leaders.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial variance analysis.
  • Maintain production, inventory cost standards, and analyze manufacturing variances.
  • Drive productivity, cost reduction, and working capital improvement initiatives.
  • Develop financial analyses and business cases for capital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and U.S. GAAP.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to support plant financial performance and reporting.

 

The Plant Controller will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment or with a manufacturing client base
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
