Senior Director of Finance
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Director of Finance. Our client is looking for someone with 12+ years of experience, with excellent communication and leadership skills. This company offers a collaborative culture, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $250K – $275K.
The Senior Director of Finance will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the company’s long-range strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecast processes to support business objectives and financial performance.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and market-driven forecasts to identify risks, opportunities, and growth strategies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights into revenue, profitability, cash flow, and operational performance.
- Prepare and present executive-level financial reporting, business reviews, variance analyses, and performance recommendations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Partner with business leaders and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, data integrity, and alignment of financial results with strategic objectives.
- Lead, develop, and mentor finance teams while driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhancements to financial planning systems and analytics capabilities.
- Support strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, business transformations, capital investments, and other enterprise-wide projects through financial analysis and business case development.
The Senior Director of Finance will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading and scaling high-performing teams
- Experience leveraging enterprise FP&A platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., OneStream, Tableau, or similar)
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, strategic insights
- Ability to travel ~15% to support operations, meetings, and strategic initiatives
