- At least two days a week onsite and ideally Mondays and Thursdays
The ideal candidate is a resourceful, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working “in the weeds” of compensation and Total Rewards administration. This is not a strategic, design, or leadership role. Instead, this position is best suited for someone who thrives on execution, analysis, research, and supporting business needs through accurate and timely compensation-related work.
Reporting directly to the Director of Total Rewards, this individual will operate with a high degree of autonomy while having access to guidance, support, and collaboration as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Administration & Analysis
- Participate in salary surveys and market pricing activities
- Conduct compensation research and analysis to support compensation requests
- Assist with job evaluations, benchmarking, and compensation data reporting
- Compile, analyze, and maintain compensation-related data and reports
- Support compensation programs and day-to-day administration activities
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and recommendations based on market and internal compensation data
- Assist with benefits administration activities as needed
- Support annual open enrollment planning, preparation, and administration
- Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries related to Total Rewards programs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs
- Provide general Total Rewards project support
- Assist with reporting, data validation, and process documentation
- Support ongoing department initiatives and administrative activities
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather and organize relevant compensation information
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or a related analytical function
- Strong compensation experience, including market pricing, salary surveys, compensation research, or compensation administration
- Advanced analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Total Rewards Specialist experience
- Experience supporting compensation programs in a corporate environment
- Workday experience
- Experience with compensation analysis tools and salary survey platforms
- Backgrounds in compensation analytics, HR reporting, finance, accounting, or other data-driven functions are highly transferable
