Our client is an organization in the Greater Milwaukee area looking for an Office Administrator. Our client is looking for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys supporting day-to-day business operations in a collaborative office environment.

 

The salary range for this position is $20-28/hr.

 

The Office Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and incoming phone calls.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support business operations.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and various departments, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, and other basic bookkeeping functions.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records while ensuring confidentiality and organization of company documents.
  • Coordinate company events, employee meetings, and other office activities.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining office policies, and supporting HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties to support the overall success of the organization.

 

The Office Administrator will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of office administration, administrative assistant, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office technology.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing competing priorities.
  • Professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
