Our client located Downtown Madison is looking for a temporary Senior Accountant to cover a leave of absence from November through mid-March. The contractor will need to commit to the timeframe of this leave. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project accounting activities and related financial reporting
  • Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close
  • Review financial information and provide commentary on reporting packages
  • Assist with payment processing and quarterly/year-end reporting
  • Work across multiple accounting systems and support processes during an ERP implementation

Qualifications:

  • Staff or Senior Accountant-level experience with strong general accounting knowledge.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
  • Immediate availability 
  • ERP systems experience
