Our client is an organization in the Marathon County area that’s looking for an HR Coordinator. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, organized, and who has exceptional communication skills. The salary for this position is $70k – $90k.

 

The Bilingual Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer leave of absence, Worker’s Compensation, FMLA, WMLA, and disability-related programs in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Serve as a primary resource for employees by answering leave, benefit, and policy-related questions in person and over the phone.
  • Partner with insurance carriers, medical providers, and outside facilities to manage claims, documentation, and case updates.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence daily while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Provide HR leadership and internal teams with timely case management updates and guidance on leave and Worker’s Compensation matters.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to support complex claims, compliance matters, and employee-related issues.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while supporting HR projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned.

 

The Bilingual HR Coordinator will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Associates degree required
  • 4+ years of experience including worker’s compensation and leave of absence
  • Cloud based HCM system experience preferred (UKG)
  • Ability to process and maintain confidential information
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
