ERP Purchasing Support Specialist (Contract – 6-8 Weeks)

We’re seeking an experienced ERP user with IQMS (DELMIAWorks) experience to support a short-term project with a manufacturing client in the Germantown area. This assignment will focus on updating purchasing data, creating purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure accurate information within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update purchasing data within IQMS/DELMIAWorks
  • Create and generate purchase orders
  • Update supplier information and PO acknowledgements
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding outstanding purchase orders
  • Process and organize supplier email communications
  • Assist with Kanban card processing and related purchasing activities
  • Maintain accurate ERP records and ensure data integrity
  • Provide responsive internal and external customer service

Qualifications

  • Required: Previous experience using IQMS (DELMIAWorks/WorkWise)
  • Experience in purchasing, supply chain, customer service, or manufacturing administration preferred
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Assignment Details

  • Contract: Approximately 6-8 weeks (through September)
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Location: Germantown, WI
  • Work Arrangement: 100% onsite initially, with potential hybrid flexibility later in the assignment
