Credit and Collections Manager
Our client, is an exciting and creative organization, looking for a Credit and Collections Manager to lead credit and collections operations while driving performance, process improvements, and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of credit and collections professionals.
- Oversee credit reviews, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor aging, credit exposure, and collection performance.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and payment disputes.
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
- Strengthen controls and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive credit and collections experience.
- Experience managing at least eight direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk, collections, and accounts receivable.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
