Truity Partners is supporting a client in Waukesha, WI with their search for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a full-time temporary position, estimated at 3 to 4 months, with a 100% onsite schedule. Compensation is targeted at $24.00 – $26.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. SAP software experience is required. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process high-volume AP invoices, including PO matching and coding
  • Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams on AP issues
  • Assist with payment runs, month-end, and other AP needs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior high-volume accounts payable experience
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • SAP experience required
