Our client is an organization in the Rock County area that’s looking for an Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 1+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and an inquisitive mindset. The salary for this position is $76K.

 

The Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze sales, production, inventory, and operational data to support forecasting, planning, and business decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate demand forecasts to align supply chain, inventory, and production strategies.
  • Monitor forecast performance and operational metrics, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels and material availability to support customer demand and production requirements.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of inventory, supply chain, and production issues while recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production plans, inventory strategies, and demand-driven adjustments.
  • Prepare and distribute key performance reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support operational and financial objectives.
  • Maintain ERP/MRP system data integrity and contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

 

The Analyst will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 1+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or demand/inventory planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups), ERP systems, and data analytics tools
  • Ability to interpret and visualize data
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles preferred
