We’re partnering with a global industry leader to identify a Director of FP&A. This is a highly visible hybrid leadership role reporting into senior finance leadership and partnering closely with executive leadership across the organization. The position blends strategic FP&A, enterprise consolidations, systems transformation, and operational finance leadership within a complex multi-business environment.

 

Key areas of focus include:

• Leading consolidated planning, forecasting, and reporting across multiple business units

• Driving executive-level financial insights and presentations

• Supporting major transformation initiatives including OneStream implementation and SAP/S4 integration

• Leading capital planning, ROI analysis, and enterprise performance management

• Driving process improvement, automation, AI enablement, and finance modernization initiatives

• Building accountability, structure, and cross-functional alignment across finance teams

 

Ideal background includes:

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A and accounting leadership experience

• Experience in manufacturing or other complex multi-entity organizations

• Strong consolidations and executive reporting experience

• Systems transformation exposure (OneStream, SAP/S4, BPC, etc.)

• CPA and/or public accounting foundation preferred

• Proven ability to simplify complexity, improve processes, and lead teams through change
