FP&A Manager
Our client is an organization in the Rock County area looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a go-getter attitude. This company offers a fast-paced environment and room for advancement. This position is onsite, with the possibility of being hybrid after training.
The salary for this position is $115k + 15% bonus.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lead the forecasting and budgeting process including coordination with other departments and teams.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly variance analysis as well as providing recommendations to management for improvements in P&L, operating working capital and cash flow.
- Develop and implement improved processes and controls within finance as it relates to the financial planning & analysis role.
- Performs all aspects of the position according to the PCC Code of Conduct and SOX guidelines.
- Develop and implement plans for inventory counts.
- Provide required forecasting and business impacts on inventory management relating to working capital, LIFO, LCM, and FCA analysis.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
The FP&A Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience within a public company environment.
- Understanding of Financial Accounting Standards (FAS).
- High level of self-motivation.
- Ability to travel within the US.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
