Lead Compensation Analyst
Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a Lead Compensation Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, the ability to work independently, and who has excellent interpersonal skills. This position hybrid once training is complete.
The salary range for this position is $80k-105k.
The Lead Compensation Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the administration of the organization’s compensation programs and policies.
- Responsible for designing, recommending and implementing solutions and options for compensation programs.
- Act as an internal subject matter expert on pay decisions, policy and guidelines.
- Set pay and pay ranges for roles, new hires, transfers and position changes.
- Lead training for new and existing leaders on compensation programs.
- Process annual merit increase approvals.
- Administer compensation survey management software.
- Complete all vendor compensation surveys.
- Conduct research analysis on compensation trends and best practices.
- Participate in staff annual surveys and use survey results to make modifications and recommendations.
- Update job description.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The Lead Compensation Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance or business administration.
- 5+ years of compensation experience.
- Ability to prepare in-depth analysis.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
