Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and analytical. This company offers a collaborative team, flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $90K – $130K.

 

TheSenior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage monthly accounting, analysis, and close activities for plant operations, freight, logistics, tariffs, accruals, and related cost areas.
  • Analyze freight, logistics, tariff, inventory, and plant performance variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods, connecting results to key operational drivers.
  • Partner with plant operations, supply chain, trade compliance, and finance leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, landed cost analysis, and strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare and distribute plant-level financial reporting, scorecards, KPI updates, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Track and validate continuous improvement savings, cost of non-conformance trends, inventory metrics, scrap activity, and other operational performance measures.
  • Identify process gaps and support practical improvements to strengthen plant finance processes, reporting accuracy, cost visibility, and decision-making.

 

The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, cost accounting, or FP&A. Must have experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort learning new systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to build relationships across departments.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Travel up to 5%.
