Our client is an organization in the Beloit area looking for an Office Manager. Our client is looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and has experience with bookkeeping and administration tasks. This company is family oriented and owned with great tenure throughout the company.


The salary for this position is $50k-65k.


The Office Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:



  • Assist the President and VP with business tasks.
  • Answer phones and mange incoming calls.
  • Provided excellent customer service.
  • Process and schedule orders.
  • Handle processing of timecards.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Perform month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial tasks.
  • Handle all HR responsibilities.
  • Office stock and oversee standard office equipment and supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.


The Office Manager will possess the following:



  • Previous administration experience preferred.
  • Experience in entering accounting data.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and personable.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
