Lead Compensation Analyst

Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area looking for a Lead Compensation Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, the ability to work independently, and who has excellent interpersonal skills. This position hybrid once training is complete.

The salary range for this position is $80k-105k.

The Lead Compensation Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the administration of the organization’s compensation programs and policies.
• Responsible for designing, recommending and implementing solutions and options for compensation programs.
• Act as an internal subject matter expert on pay decisions, policy and guidelines.
• Set pay and pay ranges for roles, new hires, transfers and position changes.
• Lead training for new and existing leaders on compensation programs.
• Process annual merit increase approvals.
• Administer compensation survey management software.
• Complete all vendor compensation surveys.
• Conduct research analysis on compensation trends and best practices.
• Participate in staff annual surveys and use survey results to make modifications and recommendations.
• Update job description.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

The Lead Compensation Analyst will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance or business administration.
• 5+ years of compensation experience.
• Ability to prepare in-depth analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
