Senior Accountant
Our client is growing, game development company seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to lead accounting and FP&A activities and spearhead process improvement initiatives. Offering exposure to leadership, project management experience, and growth to Supervisor!
COMPENSATION RANGE: $90k – $105k, plus a discretionary bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead month end close activities and prepare monthly financial statements
- Improve the close and reporting cycles
- Instill continual improvement within cost accounting to increase accuracy, detail, and usability of costing data
- Provide recommendations to strategically improve accounting performance
- Assist in supervision and coaching of the accounting team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
