Our manufacturing client on the east side of Madison is looking for a part-time Interim Controller to help out for a few months. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience. This role will range 20-30 hours/week and is 100% in office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare financial reports and review account reconciliations for accuracy
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Assist with cost accounting activities, including cost analysis and reporting
  • Maintain and reconcile inventory records
  • Research and resolve accounting variances as needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience 
  • Strong inventory and cost knowledge preferred
  • Immediate Availability
