HR Manager
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for an HR Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of HR experience, manufacturing experience, and highly organized.
The salary range for this position is $75k-85k.
The HR Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Manage and continuously improve onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution support
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave programs
- Act as liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve issues and answer questions
- Support open enrollment processes and ongoing benefits education
- Administer leave programs in compliance with applicable laws
- Oversee payroll processes in partnership with a part-time Payroll Coordinator
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, including audits and approvals
- Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems
The HR Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
