Our client, a growing publicly traded company, is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to join its Controllership team. This role combines hands-on Oracle EPM ownership with the opportunity to improve financial systems and help shape the company’s finance transformation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer Oracle EPM applications supporting financial consolidation, account reconciliation, enterprise data management, profitability and reporting.
  • Support monthly and quarterly close by ensuring system availability, data integrity and accurate data flow, including integration of acquisition data.
  • Maintain master data, chart of accounts, hierarchies, dimensions and metadata, supported by consistent governance standards and documentation.
  • Lead system enhancements, design changes, testing and troubleshooting, partnering with end users, IT and external support providers.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement while supporting user training, access reviews and audit/SOX requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting close processes
  • Experience owning system administration and enhancements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and finance teams.
