Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Director of Treasury Operations. Our client is looking for someone with 12+ years of experience, with strong collaboration and communication skills. This company offers a collaborative culture, strong leadership, and high visibility. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $175K.

 

The Director of Treasury Operations will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead global finance operations and treasury, including billing, collections, AP, payments, banking, cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management.
  • Own enterprise cash visibility, liquidity optimization, debt planning, and short-term cash needs.
  • Build and improve cash flow forecasting and daily cash positioning processes.
  • Improve working capital performance across collections, billing, payments, cash application, and cash conversion.
  • Modernize quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes through standardization, automation, and process improvement.
  • Develop KPI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to track cash performance and operational results.
  • Strengthen controls, governance, audit readiness, and team accountability across finance operations and treasury.

 

The Director of Treasury Operations will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 12+ years of finance leadership experience in treasury, cash management, finance operations, or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; advanced credential preferred.
  • Experience leading liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and working capital initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of AR, AP, billing, collections, banking, treasury, and cash operations.
  • Proven ability to improve processes, streamline operations, and support cost optimization.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
