Customer Service Rep
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Customer Service Rep. This company is looking for someone with 1+ years of experience, organized, and is highly motivated. This company provides a collaborative culture, a forward thinking team, and room for professional growth. This position is onsite.
The salary for this job is $65k – $80k.
The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, focusing on professionalism and customer satisfaction. Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Oversee the EDI order feed, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. Monitor transactions for errors and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they understand customer service protocols and EDI system processes.
- Generate reports on customer service and EDI performance for management.
The Customer Service Rep will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
- Familiarity with EDI systems and order management processes preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
