Administrative Assistant
Racine, WI (100% Onsite)
Temporary with Potential for Temp-to-Hire


We’re partnering with a respected nonprofit organization in Racine to identify a polished Administrative Assistant who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative executive office.

This position supports three senior leaders and serves as a key resource to executive leadership and board members. We’re looking for someone who can think ahead, anticipate needs, and confidently handle a wide variety of administrative and project-based responsibilities.

Schedule
  • 100% onsite in Racine.
  • Hours are approximately 7:00–7:30 AM to 2:30–3:00 PM.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide executive support to three senior leaders.
  • Coordinate board and leadership meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take accurate, confidential meeting minutes.
  • Create professional presentations, correspondence, and other executive-level documents.
  • Assist with light calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and follow-up on action items.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and corporate credit card reconciliations.
  • Coordinate office purchases, supplies, and occasional errands for meetings or special events.
  • Work with vendors and internal departments to keep projects and administrative tasks moving forward.
  • Answer and route occasional phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Help maintain an organized executive office, including light office upkeep between scheduled cleaning services.
  • Jump in wherever needed to support leadership and special projects.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience preferably with senior leadership.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience creating polished presentations and executive correspondence.
  • Comfortable working in a Mac/Apple environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is a plus. We’re looking for someone who embraces technology to improve efficiency.
