Accounting Manager
Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations, strengthen financial processes, and support the continued success of the business. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys leading month-end close activities, improving processes, managing a team, and partnering with internal stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end close activities including account reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, and balance sheet reviews
- Manage and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and standard operating procedures
- Oversee AP and AR operations, including billing, collections, and vendor processes
- Review and resolve accounting discrepancies while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and leadership on financial analysis, budgeting, and operational initiatives
- Support audit processes and coordinate with external partners as needed
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced financial controls
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members while driving performance and accountability
- Establish and monitor KPIs to support team and operational goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and navigate change
