Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, strong attention to detail, and an inquisitive mindset. The salary for this position is $100K–$125K.

 

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive compensation calculations for sales, service, and administrative employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved plan documents.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze performance data from CRM, ERP, service management, and financial systems to support compensation calculations and reporting.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, variance analyses, and executive reporting to monitor compensation trends, business performance, and payout results.
  • Support incentive compensation plan design, modeling, implementation, KPI changes, and financial analysis to evaluate plan effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
  • Partner with Sales, Service, HR, Payroll, and Finance to coordinate compensation processing, communicate results, explain calculations, and resolve inquiries or disputes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, automate manual compensation processes, maintain documentation, support audits, and ensure confidentiality of compensation information.

 

The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, sales operations, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data validation.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines; experience with sales or field service compensation programs, ERP systems, business intelligence tools, SQL, or data querying preferred.
