Lease Accounting Manager
Our client, a growing organization, is looking for a Lease Accounting Manager to oversee lease accounting and reporting while partnering across the business to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage lease accounting and reporting in accordance with ASC 842.
- Oversee monthly close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and lease-related reporting.
- Review new and modified lease agreements and ensure accurate accounting treatment.
- Maintain lease data and support related accounting systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
- Support audits, controls, and ongoing process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 842 lease accounting.
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
