Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 1+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and who has excellent communication skills. This company offers professional growth opportunities, high visibility, and tenured team. This position is onsite.

 

The salary for this position is $75K – $100K.

 

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to track business performance and support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for senior leadership and the board of directors
  • Manage business intelligence, forecasting, and reporting tools to improve visibility and efficiency
  • Assist with preparing presentations for senior management and the board of directors
  • Support the monthly financial close process as needed
  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration support

 

The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Experience with Excel, familiarity with Power BI is a plus
  • Able to effectively communicate at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
