Accoutant
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for an Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills and detail oriented
The salary for range for this position is $70k-90k.
The Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planing
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Conduct financial audits and support external audits
- Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll processing
- Analyze financial information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
The Accountant will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- High detail of attention to detial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
