Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Tax Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and analytical. This company offers a collaborative team, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.

 

The salary for this position is $80k – $110k.

 

The Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead federal income tax compliance activities, including the preparation and review of tax returns, quarterly filings, extensions, etc.
  • Manage quarterly and annual income tax provision processes, ensuring accurate calculations, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of financial and tax data to support compliance, reporting, forecasting, and strategic tax planning initiatives.
  • Administer federal tax accounting activities, including account reconciliations, fixed asset and depreciation reviews, and maintenance of tax records and calendars.
  • Prepare and manage cash tax forecasts, partnering with domestic and international business teams to support liquidity and tax planning objectives.
  • Support federal tax audits and examinations by coordinating responses to tax authority inquiries, notices, information requests, and assessments.

 

The Senior Tax Analyst will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2+ years of related tax experience
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
