Our client is a leading global manufacturing company that is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to play a crucial role in international tax compliance and reporting. Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance & Reporting

  • Compile and analyze financial data for preparation of Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865
  • Prepare FDII calculations
  • Assist with ASC 740 tax provision including quarterly/year-end reporting and return-to-accrual processes
  • Distribute and track tax packages; follow up with controllership as needed

Audit & Documentation

  • Prepare audit-ready files and assist with IRS IDR responses
  • Support transfer pricing documentation
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes to ensure audit readiness

Process Improvement & Technology

  • Leverage tools like Alteryx, Excel, and Power BI to automate and optimize workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement through technology and process optimization

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years of tax experience with focus on international provisions
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
