Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and an inquisitive mindset. The salary for this position is $85k – $100k.

 

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support month-end close in OneStream, including FX rates, journal entries, intercompany transactions, and variance analysis
  • Prepare month-end financial reports, Board materials, and annual financial statements
  • Manage Corporate reporting and partner with departments to monitor spending
  • Maintain the Corporate ledger, including accounting and monthly reconciliations
  • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across Corporate and business units
  • Provide financial analysis, ad-hoc reporting, and business support to leadership
  • Administer finance systems (OneStream, SAP), supported enhancements, and ensure compliance with internal audit and corporate policies

 

The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is preferred
  • 2+ years of progressively responsible related experience
  • OneStream and SAP experience is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills for working with management, peers, and information users
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions using learned techniques and tools
