Our client is a professional services organization in the greater Minneapolis area looking for a Senior Audit Manager. This company is looking for someone with 10+ years of experience, CPA license, and who exhibits excellent communication skills. The Senior Audit Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide unmatched clients services to existing clients.
- Review financial statements prepared by accountants.
- Assist in managing, developing and coaching professional staff.
- Research complex issues, applying findings to projects.
- Plan, supervise, and review all final reviews of audit engagements.
- Reviews individual and business tax returns.
- Make recommendations to improve firm operations.
- Assist in billings and monitoring budgets.
- Prepare other reports, projects and duties as assigned.
The Senior Audit Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field
- 10+ years of public accounting experience.
- Active CPA license.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Excellent delegation and time management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and again client deadlines.
