Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a HR Manager in the West Bend area! Are you someone who loves being on the people side of HR, interacting with management and employees at all levels? Do you like a fast pace, positive work environment that’s always giving you that next challenge? Then this might be for you!

Potential Duties:

• Employee Relations/Conflict Management
• Manager coaching/mentoring
• Benefits Administration
• Performance Management
• Partnering with all aspects of the business; payroll, finance, field workers
• Industry experience that would work well in this role: hospitality, industrial hourly environments/manufacturing, restaurant management, or other similar environments.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist/Administration experience
• 2+ years of specific employee relations/conflict management experience (re: conversations, coaching or investigations)
• Eager to learn ask questions, and grow with a company long term
• 10% or less travel locally in WI, IL, MI as needed
