Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This company Is looking for someone with 2+ years of HR experience, takes initiative and a self-starter.

 

The pay range for this position is $65k-70k.

 

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support human resources and day-to-day office operations.
  • Lead full cycle recruitment process.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer benefits program.
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations matters.
  • Coordinate daily office operations, including supplies, mail and facilities support.
  • Organize team meetings and office wide communication.
  • Manage companies’ social media and job postings.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

 

The Human Resources Generalist will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field degree preferred
  • 2+ years of human resources experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
