HR Generalist
Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This company Is looking for someone with 2+ years of HR experience, takes initiative and a self-starter.
The pay range for this position is $65k-70k.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support human resources and day-to-day office operations.
- Lead full cycle recruitment process.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer benefits program.
- Partner with managers to address employee relations matters.
- Coordinate daily office operations, including supplies, mail and facilities support.
- Organize team meetings and office wide communication.
- Manage companies’ social media and job postings.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The Human Resources Generalist will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field degree preferred
- 2+ years of human resources experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
