FP&A Manager
Our client is an organization in the Greater Milwaukee area looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 7+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and business acumen. This company offers flexibility, room for growth, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $130k – $175k + bonus.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and coordination of the Quarterly Forecasts, Annual Profit Plan process, and Strategic Plan financials.
- Coordinates budget and forecast processes, and studies risks and opportunities including price and cost analysis.
- Analyzes financial results and provides analysis to help senior management interpret and understand the financial results.
- Work closely with IT and data teams to leverage technology for financial modeling, reporting, and data visualization.
- Identify opportunities to integrate advanced analytics and tools to improve accuracy for forecasts and outlooks.
- Supports the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date financial reports.
- Provides general project support as needed.
The FP&A Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, with public accounting and operational accounting experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and overall business acumen needed.
- Managerial experience of teams preferred.
- Knowledge of OneStream and/or Hyperion and HFM preferred.
