Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes financial statements for internal and external users.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
• Oversee acquisition-related accounting activities including earnouts, deferred consideration and associated indemnifications, working capital settlements, holdback payments and certain period-end close and financial reporting activities associated with acquisitions.
• Coordinate and oversee the adoption of new standards, as well as certain general corporate accounting matters.
• Review a limited number of account reconciliations in non-routine areas as well as areas involving a higher degree of judgment and / or technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Big Four public accounting experience highly preferred
• Dynamic and adaptable, curious minded, self-starter
