Finance Manager
Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join a high-growth, multi-entity organization in a newly created role reporting directly to the CFO. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to establish the company’s FP&A function, own budgeting and forecasting, partner with executive leadership across the organization, and help shape the future of a rapidly growing business with significant long-term leadership potential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while developing scalable FP&A tools, models, and reporting.
- Partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive informed business decisions.
- Develop financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and support executive reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Accounting to analyze pipeline activity, staffing needs, capital investments, profitability, and return on investment.
- Build and enhance financial reporting infrastructure, improve processes, and leverage data to support continued organizational growth.
- Lead financial analysis for strategic initiatives, special projects, and executive requests while helping establish best practices across the finance function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnering.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools preferred.
- Accounting foundation and/or CPA or MBA preferred.
- Healthcare or other complex, multi-entity industry experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
