Our client is an innovative, global organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join their collaborative accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to spearhead projects and own various parts of the close process. Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and performing variance analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Partner with internal and external auditors by coordinating audit requests, participating in walkthroughs, and supporting audit testing and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to resolve accounting matters, improve processes, support system enhancements, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives and special projects.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
