Our client is a growing and well-established organization seeking a AR Manager to lead key accounts receivable, credit, and collections operations. Responsibilities:

  • Lead credit and collections functions including collections, credit, cash applications, deductions, and AR operations
  • Manage and develop supervisors and indirect teams while fostering a positive team environment
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and workflow optimization initiatives
  • Develop and monitor KPI reporting to drive operational performance and accountability
  • Support escalated customer account and receivable matters as needed
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • 6+ years of related AR, credit, collections, or invoice-to-cash experience
  • Prior leadership and team management experience required
  • Strong process improvement and automation mindset
  • Experience with KPI reporting and large ERP systems preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
