Chief Financial Officer
Our client is a rapidly growing private organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for a dynamic CFO. This company is looking for someone with 15+ years of experience, who is driven, and has excellent communication skills. This company offers a collaborative culture, flexibility, and a strong, tenured team. This position is hybrid.

The CFO will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all financial operations, including full-cycle accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee multi-entity and multi-location financial management, ensuring consistency and control across operations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry-specific financial requirements.
- Manage financial risk by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and market exposures.
- Build and develop high-performing finance teams, including succession planning and employee development.
- Drive process improvements and system optimization, including ERP systems such as Viewpoint or similar platforms.
- Provide clear, actionable financial insights and reporting to stakeholders, including executives and investors.
- Enable organizational growth by strengthening and expanding financial infrastructure to support scaling operations.
The CFO will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting from a four-year college or university; CPA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience, manufacturing/construction experience strongly preferred.
- Show adaptability and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude when working with teammates and external partners.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential improvements or changes that may impact quality or service levels for teammates and partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial analysis in a clear and precise manner.
