Our client is an organization in the Green Bay area that’s looking for a Senior Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 1+ years of experience, driven, and organized. This company offers internal growth opportunities, flexibility, and a collaborative team. This position is onsite.

 

The salary for this position is $70k – $85k.

 

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Entry and maintenance of customer information
  • Maintain AR aging reports and perform collection on overdue customer accounts
  • Process intercompany invoices and resolve any receipt/invoice discrepancies
  • Help record expenses and reconcile credit card statements
  • Track and record capital expenditures, calculate depreciation, and maintain fixed asset listing
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
  • Assist with preparing documents for the annual audits

 

The Senior Accountant will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Associate’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 1+ years accounting and/or audit experience
  • Understanding of accounting principles and proper accounting procedures
  • Experience with SAP & Microsoft Office products, including strong Excel experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while completing assigned workload on a timely basis
