Our client is an organization in the Winnebago County area that’s looking for a Senior Director of Finance. Our client is looking for someone with 8+ years of experience, with strong collaboration and communication skills. This company offers an inclusive culture, development opportunities, and competitive benefits/PTO. This position is onsite.

 

The salary for this position is $200K – $300K.

 

The Senior Director of Finance will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide financial leadership and strategic oversight across the manufacturing network and supply chain, partnering with executive leadership to drive performance.
  • Deliver trusted financial and strategic counsel to senior leaders, supporting enterprise decision-making and long-term operational strategy.
  • Establish and enforce strong financial controls, reporting, forecasting, and standard work across the network.
  • Drive cost transformation, margin enhancement, and throughput efficiency through actionable reporting, analysis, and influence.
  • Lead network-wide cost transformation initiatives, including analytical support for capital investments and productivity improvements.
  • Develop and advance talent within the operations finance organization, building scalable capabilities and strong business partnerships.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

The Senior Director of Finance will possess the following:

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, with 5+ years in a leadership role supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations.
  • Highly analytical, inquisitive, with a proactive nature.
  • Ability to build trust, influence and drive action across the organization.
  • Strong collaborator who can easily partner across functions and finance
