Property Accountant

We’re hiring a Property Accountant to join a growing commercial property management and construction team! This role offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to work on a variety of impactful projects in a family-oriented, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee accounting for 5-6 commercial properties, including variance analysis and accrual postings.
• Prepare financial statements, operating expense reconciliations, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Leverage Yardi and/or MRI to manage property finances.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of property accounting experience (real estate industry required).
• Expertise in CAM reconciliations and Yardi software preferred.
