Tax Supervisor
Our client in the Fox Valley area is looking for a Tax Manager. This client is looking for someone with 5+ years of tax experience, leadership experience, and exceptional communication skills. The salary for this position is $80k-100k.
The Tax Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide client services to existing firm clients.
- Manage client engagements from start to finish, including projections, planning, supervising, directing and completing tax projects.
- Review tax returns.
- Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services.
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
- Identify and mitigate tax risk.
- Develop and train team members.
- Attend networking and professional development seminars.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The Tax Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field
- 5+ years of tax experience required.
- CPA or CPA eligibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
